Template — replace with counsel-reviewed text. The structure below reflects the sections this document needs; the wording is placeholder copy, not a legal document you can rely on.
1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, organization) you provide at sign-up; contact-inquiry data (name, email, and workflow description); content from tools you explicitly connect (meetings, tickets, code, documents, and their metadata); and usage data about how you interact with the Service (pages visited, actions approved, errors encountered).
2. Data processing
Connected content is processed to build and maintain your project's knowledge graph, to answer questions you or your team ask, and to generate proposals for follow-through actions. Processing includes sending relevant excerpts to large language model providers for embedding and generation; excerpts are scoped to what is needed for the specific request.
Each project's data is isolated by a project-level filter at the storage layer — one project cannot retrieve or reference another project's content.
3. Subprocessors
We use subprocessors for: cloud infrastructure hosting, vector search and storage, and LLM inference (embeddings and text generation). Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement limiting use of your data to providing the contracted service. A named, current list is available on request via Contact.
4. Retention
Connected content and derived entities are retained while your project is active. Run logs and audit records are retained longer to preserve the audit trail of approved actions. Deleting a project or account removes data from primary storage within a defined window; backups are purged on the next rotation.
Public contact inquiries are retained in the intake store for up to 90 days unless they become part of an active customer relationship, or are deleted earlier following a valid request.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Requests can be made through the Contact section below.
6. Contact
Privacy questions or data requests can be sent through the contact page.
